Dynamic Solutions and Systems was born of a combined passion for real estate investment and the desire to deliver quality education, training and consulting. The founding team has over 30 years of combined real estate, financial and entrepreneurial experience.
The core values of Dynamic Solutions and Systems stem from hard-work, honest and ethical practices and the on-going desire to deliver product adapted to the timely trends of the real estate lending markets. The initial undertaking began with the development of a hands-on training program and our proprietary RE-Source software. The software was designed to assist individuals at all stages of investment experience to evaluate a potential investment property from a realistic cost and risk/reward scenario.
The training program was the foundational support aimed at teaching individuals the questions and evaluative process to obtain the information needed to consider a potential property. Over time more products were developed to adapt to the changing environment and meet the needs of progressing investors.
Our diverse product line has something for everyone at any stage of the investment cycle. We recognize that we may not have all the answers, however, we have combined with great talent to bring a variety of view points, approaches and techniques to our building block system.
